For our fourth project, The Visual Sequential Narrative, I am thinking of creating a story based on conversations that I have overheard. For example today on my walk to class I heard someone say to his friend "more like a little read thing." This concept is based on overheard conversation plays done in theater. I would like to create multiple images but am unsure if I will be able to make them into a sequence. I might just create a sequence based on this one overheard conversation about a little red thing. artist statement from project 5

For out last project I'm going to create a ballon like sculpture that is inflated by a small fan. I will Iron on edited World War two photos to my inflatable. My end goal is to have a sculpture that reminds people of the sacrifices made by the military every day and especially in war times. I'm focusing on world war two because during this war the British Balloon Command was established. They used barrage balloons (as seen below) to protect cities and industrial areas from dive bombers. I have hopes that I will be able to create a sculpture that resembles a barrage balloon.
